Bahar is a Public Health and Development professional with over 15 years of experience in project management and implementation. She has strong communication and coordination skills working with diverse partnerships. Her expertise focuses on capacity building, organizational development, community engagement, and service-based research. Most recently Bahar worked to develop a national Behavior Change Communication (BCC) project focusing on addressing pregnancy danger signs, gender-based violence and early marriage of girls in Nepal. She is originally from India, raised in the U.S. and now semi-permanently based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
