Brenda is a Public Health Nutritionist with over 12 years' experience in international public health and nutrition programming; specifically in emergency, protracted emergencies contexts and development contexts. She has experience in research, information management and policy making and is driven by influencing change for nutrition outcomes at the household level. Master in Public Health. Experienced trainer. Skilled in managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders from local communities, NGOs, government officials to donors. Has worked in conflict states (protracted emergency context) including Somalia, DR Congo, Uganda and emergency relief in Pakistan and Indonesia. In Kenya, Malawi and Haiti she worked with the government to position the nutrition agenda into government priorities.
