Charlotte has for many years been helping multinationals in recruiting local talents for managerial positions in their African subsidiaires.
She specialised in the search and selection of young African professionals who graduated in Europe and US by developing a strong network involving think-tanks, associations, medias and best Universities in Europe, connected with top African talents willing to return to their home country and become actors of the development of their continent.
Having lived most of her life in Africa, she has an in depth perspective of international companies challenges in addressing local content requirements and of the issues faced by African diasporas for coming back to their continent.
As part of her international career, she developed a real expertise in communication, marketing, public relation and advertising and learnt to adapt and become operational rapidly in any new environment.
