Eleanor is a freelance consultant with over 15 years’ work experience. She has a wide professional profile in project and programme management, strategic analysis and evaluation gained in the areas of HIV and AIDS, health and social development. In her roles, Eleanor has provided guidance, coaching and training within organisations to Government, civil society and team members. She has worked in Mozambique for 11 years and has other country experience from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Belize, Nepal, Spain and the UK.
